Here's a
little about the management team at Magellan Realty!
Kim Bunton
- Broker in Charge
Broker/REALTOR® Kim graduated from
Campbell University with a BS in Interior Design and started the firm in
1988. She brings many years of real estate experience in sales
and marketing to the local market here in the Triangle. Kim’s primary responsibilities are managing the
Residential division of the business in addition to sales and
marketing of the Commercial Properties.
Phillip Bunton - Broker, General
Contractor, Home Inspector
Phillip has a long history with real
estate and construction. He is a licensed Home Inspector
in North Carolina and has inspected hundreds of homes in Wake,
Durham, Chatham, and Orange Counties. He is also a
licensed General Contractor. This time in the trenches has earned him an
appreciation for all things construction, be they residential
or commercial. Phillip
graduated from NCSU in 1992, and spent many years in sales and
marketing positions. Phillip's responsibilities are the
marketing and evaluation of residential properties and consulting work in
commercial/investment properties.
